Hajj 2024: KATSINA STATE AMIRUL HAJJI MET WITH ISLAMIC SCHOLARS IN MECCA AFTER COMPLETIONS OF HAJJ RITUALS

Amirul Hajj of Katsina State, Former Deputy Governor Alhaji Tukur Ahmad Jikamshi held a meeting with Islamic scholars who were sponsored by the state government to go to this year's Hajj to help the pilgrims of the state in terms of informing, educating and preaching on how to perform Hajj. The meeting aims to review the events that happened during the operations and to review and what will be done after the completion of the operations as the Amirul Hajji shows. The Amirul Hajjin also called on the scholars to raise awareness to the pilgrims for the issue of returning home after the completion of the Hajj and use the remaining days left for them to continue praying for the state and our country and the Executive Governor as he the Governor himself requested them to do in order to achieve peace and stability as well as economic growth and seeking the governor's strength of faith that will lead the state to implement justice in the state. Alhaji Tukur Jikamshi also called on the Ulamas to inform the pilgrims about the hot weather in Saudi Arabia to avoid facing any problem that heat can cause according to the public relations officer of the Board Alhaji Badaru Bello Karofi, stated in a press release from the Holy country. 

The leader of the Ulamas/Preachers who were sent Shiekh Ibrahim Gora expressed their happiness and gratitude to the Governor of Katsina State Mallam Dikko Umar Radda PhD and the delegation of Amirul Hajji, the management and executive leaders of the Katsina State Pilgrim Welfare Board for the way they were selected to give their contribution to the pilgrims so that they can get Hajj Mabrur. He also explained to Amirul Hajj that their committee of preachers who preached to the pilgrims has done their best to enlighten the pilgrims in all the places they need to see that they perform the Hajj successfully. 

Malam Shafiu Alkasim Saulawa, on behalf of the other preachers, expressed their gratitude to the Governor, Mallam Dikko Umar Radda PhD, on his visit to the pilgrims of Katsina state in their tents and went around to meet and see the condition of the pilgrims in Minna. This shows the good leadership of the governor.
