BAN OF NIGHT VEHICLES MOVEMENT AFFECTS ONLY 19 LGs IN KATSINA
As it was announced early on the ban of movements of Commercial Motorcycles and Tricycles (Keke NAPEP) from 8 pm to 6 am in Katsina State due insecurity challenges, the banned does not affect Katsina local government area
The order that ban the night movements of such Motorcycles and Tricycles is directed only to the Local Governments fully affected by the banditry and other related crimes that includes; Sabuwa, Dandume, Funtua, Faskari, Bakori, Kankara, Danja, K'afur, Malumfashi, Musawa, Matazu, Danmusa, Safana, Dutsinma, Kurfi, Charanchi, Jibia, Batsari and Kankia Local Governments areas.
According to the recent announcement from the office of the Honourable Commissioner Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs Dr. Nasiru Mu'azu Danmusa, the public are also made to understand that the sole purpose of the whole order is for the restoration of permanent peace in these affected areas, and the people of the affected areas are advised to abide with the law and order.
