APC IN KATSINA CONDEMNS USE OF ABUSIVE WORDS AGAINST DPO IN VIRAL AUDIO DIALOGUE

In a press release signed by APC Campaign Council Director media and publicity Alhaji Ahmed Abdulkadir said, "in the strongest terms, the Council, has condemned the use of abusive language against a Divisional Police Officer, DPO in an audio dialogue that has gone viral in the social media".
The audio altercation, which was between a DPO and another person, came to the attention of the council through the social media.
In the dialogue, the other person was heard threatening the DPO of sacking him from the force based on what happened in Ɗanmarke village, two days ago.
It could be recalled that hoodlums attacked the campaign team of the APC Katsina State Gubernatorial Candidate, Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, when the team was passing through Ɗanmarke village while on a campaign tour of Ƙanƙara Local Government Area.
Several vehicles were smashed during the attack, two days ago, forcing security agents to give the convoy a protective cover.
The council calls on security agents to investigate and find out the person denigrating the DPO, with a view to subjecting him to the full wrath of the law.
Clearly, the speaker had overstepped his bounds and needs to be shown that nobody is above the law.
APC is a law abiding party and has conducted its campaign peacefully in all the 33 local government areas it had, so far, covered,said by the Director media and publicity of the APC Campaign Council of Katsina State.
