AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS PROCESSING MACHINE WILL BE PLANT IN FUNTUA ZONE IF ELECTS - Dr. Radd

The All Progressives Congress APC Gubernatorial Candidate of Katsina State Dr. Dikko Umar Radda says, he will set up an agricultural products processing plant in ÆŠandume, if elected as governor the state.
Dr. Radda disclosed this at a campaign rally in ÆŠandume town while addressing a huge crowd that turned out to receive him. He said he was aware that the people in ÆŠandume were predominantly large scale farmers.
According to press release signed by his campaign Director Media and Publicity Ahmad Abdulkadir, "establishing a plant to process your products would not only preserve and save you from loss, but would also provide jobs for unemployed youths", Radda said. He also revealed that he would reintroduce extension services to enhance their farming activities. The candidate, similarly, noted that what the people needed was mechanized and modern farming methods to boost agricultural activities in the area. The APC Katsina Gubernatorial Candidate, also, said he would build a bigger hospital for the community.
On security issues, the candidate disclosed that youths would be employed, trained and attached to security agents to fight insecurity in the area.
The candidate responsed to the earlier request by the representative of the District head appealed for the construction of a general hospital and a maize processing plant in the area.
Those who accompanied the gubernatorial candidate to Ɗandume included his running mate, Faruk Lawal Joɓe, the APC Katsina State Chairman, Sani Daura, his deputy, Bala Abu Musawa, the Director-General, Katsina State APC Campaign Council, Arch. Ahmed Musa Ɗangiwa, the Commissioner of Water Resources, Musa Adamu Funtua, other contestants and many other important dignitaries.
