WELFARE OF JUDGES, JUDICIAL STAFF WILL BE IMPROVE IN KATSINA STATE - CJ Danladi

Chief Judge of Katsina State Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar has charged Shari'a Court Judges to be good ambassadors of Judiciary in discharging their Constitutional Mandate, Honourable Justice said this when paid an unscheduled visit to some courts in Katsina metropolis.
Some of the courts visited include Chief Magistrate two, Upper Shari'a Court one and two and Chief Magistrate one, two, three and four respectively. According to the Chief Judge, Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar the aims of the visit was meant for monitoring the court conduct with the view of ensuring speedy dispensation of Justice. He further expressed his appreciation over the general performance of the Judges and Magistrates and called on them to redouble efforts in protecting the image of Judiciary.

He then, warned them against coming late, closing before the time as well as negligence of duty. Justice Musa also reminded members of the Shari'a Court on the need to appear in a cooperate dressing while in courts.
The Chief Judge of the State Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar assured to demise more ways of improving the welfare of the Judges and other staff of the Judiciary for more productivity. The Judge urged the Shari'a Court Judges to intensify seeking for Islamic knowledge to enable them to discharge their assignments diligently. The
Shari'a Courts, Magistrates and Upper Shari'a Court Judges, expressed their gratitude to the State Chief Judge for the visit of which according to them will contribute in attaining productivity. They then appealed for the provision of working materials such as tables and chairs and others. The Chief Judge directed the Chief Registrar to provide all the necessary facilities to the courts for smooth operation.
Among those who accompanied the Chief Judge for that unscheduled visit include Chief Registrar of the State High Court of Justice Barrister Nuraddeen El Ladan, Directors of Shari'a Litigation and that of Protocol and Publicity Alhaji Musa Usman.
