The Sarkin Maskan Katsina District head of Funtua Alhaji Sambo Idris Sambo has charged traditional title holders in his domain to contribute significantly in solving the challenges facing the area. The royal father said, "Funtua is facing a number of problems ranging from insecurity,youth restiveness,and unemployment among them".
Alhaji Sambo urged the traditional leaders to use their wealth of experience to over come these challenges and more. He stressed the need for them to use their connections to source jobs to the teeming unemployed youth in the locality. The monarch praised politicians and elites in the area for their concerted effort in pursuing the establishment of Federal University of Agriculture In Funtua zone.
