Kanwan Katsina - AN EXAMPLE LEADER TO COPY

Those who can speak say that the sweet tree can be recognized from its flowers. This matter is so, because every good son comes from a good house. Among them, even today, there are good leaders who, no matter how they reach the top in their governance, they do not ignore those who are below them. In fact, they always try to get them wet.
Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara is one of those leaders who always serve as role models and examples in the way they lead their lives in the community.
INTELLIGENT AND TALENTED
If we remember some of the things that Kanwan of Katsina, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara mni did since his childhood, in Western and Islamiya schools which made him to became the so-called "Gagarabadau in Hausa", because history shows, there is no lesson to be learned or teached in the class he didn't understanding it and mixing it up as if to say he was the teacher. This situation allowed him to study until he finished without facing any problem.
Before entering the government service, Alhaji Usman Bello started working as a journalist after completing his NYSC service where he started with the Federal Radio Station in Kaduna. This journalistic work at the beginning gave him the opportunity to know how to manage the community apart from that of serving the country in Bendal state, that is, in the south of the country, where it can be said that there is no other person in that area related to him but because of his ability to manage the people, even where he lived. The people there where he did his NYSC, held a ceremony to honor him after showing sorrow for parting with him.
I am not writing this article with mentioned some years of some things that Kanwan did, but the purpose of this article is to learn the lesson of leadership from the kind of life Alhaji led in the past and the current situation. UK. Bello, as some people call him, soon after working as a journalist, he got a job at the Nigeria Customs Service. Well, those who can speak say, does anyone dance without a musician? In other words, the son who came out of the house of power is used to seeing the interference and the outcry that he has caught from the people until it reaches to goods or wealth and others.
IN GOVERNMENT
From the day that Alhaji Bello Kankara started working as service officer, since that time things have progressed in the direction of public relations. There are some important things that the Customs Board will not forget about him until tomorrow, even the whole country continues to benefit from that intelligent work that he did. Regarding income from this agency, Alhajin has contributed to create a way of income especially from that part of the Lake Chad region where fish is processed, especially dried fish. The Department understands the losses that the Nigerian government is getting in this regard by interfering with the protests between the countries. Without wasting any time, he introduced a way of evading taxes from the businessmen. But before you say a penny, here are some new incomes coming in from the board. This thing did not boost the officer's morale, what is not known about him is being lost but in a short time he brought a way out as a leader there.
This incident caused the officer's anger to continue to rise. Here, I am not talking about those who got glory through him, not even in terms of work or business and others like that, I will do that in the future. This led him to hold the position of Chief Spokesperson (PRO) of the Department. Before I stop in the first part of this article, I will briefly comment on how God gave him the throne of the house which he inherited from his father the late Kanwan of Katsina Alhaji Bello (may God forgive him) the throne of which late Emir of Katsina Alhaji Muhammadu Kabir Usman (may God bless and forgive him) gave him and at that time Alhaji Usman was in his service. Right, this kingdom of Kanwa is a brave warrior in the battlefield. Alhaji Usman Bello's rise to the position of District Head of Ketare has given him a boost of confidence as well as the inspiration that God has given him in terms of leadership for his people.
